Return Policy
At The Country Network Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy for any reason, returns can be made by shipping your item(s) back to The Country Network Shop. We will exchange or give you a refund for any item that is unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
We have created this return process to make your experience as easy as possible and ask that your returns are handled as we describe.
Full price merchandise may be returned within 60 days from your invoice date if accompanied by the original packing slip or order number. The Country Network Shop will email a return label to you with the cost of the return label deducted from your refunded amount.
It helps us process your return or exchange faster if you use the original shipping box and packing materials when shipping products back to us. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be exchanged or refunded.
Exchanges:
Exchanges can be made within 60 days of the invoice date. Availability of your desired replacement item is not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to meet your needs. If you would like to exchange a product with the same product in another color or size, then The Country Network Shop will issue one free return label per order.
Exchange Due to Damaged or Incorrect Shipment:
We strive to maintain the highest level of product quality and accurate shipments. However, if your order is found to be damaged, we will gladly send you a new item free of any shipping charges. (New item must be the same size, color, and style as the damaged item.) If your order is found to be incorrect, please return the item using our postage-paid return label, and we will gladly send you a new item free of any shipping charges.
